Send an email to create a task with Email-to-Task
Email-to-Task lets you create tasks in your projects by sending an email to a unique email address.
You can use this to create tasks in your projects wherever you are, without having to sign in to the platform.
By sending an email to a unique address per project, you can create tasks in that project without having to log in to the app. This is useful if you want to create tasks on the go, or if you want to create tasks from other apps that support sending emails. It's also useful if you want to allow your users or customers to create tasks, such as support tickets or feature requests.
Email-to-Task can work great with Task Forms to create a support ticketing system without requiring a whole separate tool. You can create a form that collects the information you need from your users, and then automatically create a task in your project when someone fills out the form. This is a great way to streamline your support process and make sure that all of your support requests are tracked in one place.
