These billing terms form part of your agreement with Rockety when you subscribe to one of our plans. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following billing practices.
Subscription Types
Rockety offers two types of subscription plans:
- Pay-per-user (also known as pay-per-seat):
You are billed based on the number of users (or seats) active on your account during each billing cycle. Charges are calculated on a pro-rata basis, depending on when users are added or removed. - Fixed price subscription:
You pay a set monthly or annual fee, regardless of the number of users on your account (subject to fair usage as described in our terms of service).
Billing Cycles
- Your billing cycle is either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
- Billing begins on the date you first subscribe to a paid plan and recurs on that same date each month or year.
Pro-Rata Billing (Pay-Per-User Plans)
- If you add a user part-way through your billing cycle, your next invoice will include a pro-rata charge for the time that user was active during the cycle.
- If you remove a user during a billing cycle, the amount billed for that user will be adjusted to reflect only the time they were active.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to your plan until the end of the cycle, after which your subscription will end.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time, except in exceptional circumstances where explicitly agreed by Rockety.
Service and Billing Termination
- Rockety reserves the right to terminate your subscription and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of our terms of service.
Price Changes
- We may update the pricing of our subscription plans from time to time.
- You will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any upcoming price changes.
- During this notice period, you will have the option to cancel your plan before the new pricing takes effect.
